Abstract
The results of surgical treatment were stadied with synthetic implants (prosthesis) in 42 patients. The middle age has made 59,8±2,6 years. Location of prosthesis in preperitoneal space in 14(33,3%) of the operated patients (placement of a grid of sublay - at 11; inlay - at 3). Intramusculare location of prosthesis in 17(40,5%) patients (sublay - at 13; inlay - at 4). Operation of rear separation (TAR-technique) was performed in 11(26,2%) patients. Observation term was from 6 months to 2 years. POVG recurrence at 2(4,8%) the patients operated with an intramuscular arrangement of an endoprosthesis. The best results have been received in treatment of recurrent ventral hernias at back separation plasticity, lack of postoperative complications and rehabilitations of the patients who were considered as disabled people.

Abstract
This is prospective research of results inguinal canal repair with self-griping mesh ParieteneTM ProGripTM. Proved that the intensity and duration of pain in early postoperative period, local tissue reactions and ultrasound picture of the wound process is not different from the observations of the use the lightweight composite polypropylene mesh. The main differences in outcomes registered in late postoperative period. They were characterized by low rates of incidence of persistent pain and numbness, the degree limitation of physical activity, an early normalization indicators of physical and mental health components.Key words: inguinal hernia; hernia repair; mesh; chronic pain; quality of life.

Abstract
Effective use of resources of health care is impossible without high-quality requirement planning in the stationary help. The stationary medical care consuming up to 80% of all resources allocated for a health care system requires close attention from the point of view of quality of planning and forecasting of requirement.

Abstract
Studied platelet aggregation, lipid profile and markers of endothelial dysfunction in 296 patients with obliterative atherosclerosis of lower extremities. The progressive course of obliterative atherosclerosis is characterized by increased platelet aggregation, a phenomenon of dyslipidemia, as well as increased content of endothelin-1, von Willebrand factor, homocysteine and C-reactive protein.

Abstract
Over the last decade throughout the world marked increase in the number of patients with cirrhosis of the liver, which is the most common cause of portal hypertension and its complications Distal splenorenal anastomosis is one of the most frequent types of vascular bypass surgery in patients with complications of portal hypertension. There are various surgical approaches to the splenic and renal veins for optimal blending splenorenal anastomosis (mesenteric through the left sinus region of the back, etc.). We have proposed the original on-line access through the right mesenteric sinus. Аnatomical and experimental studies on cadavers 42 and the proposed method has been tested in clinical practice have been carried out. The proposed access is preferable because it is better exposes the surgical field and the optimum angle of inclination of the operative action axis, less traumatic, because it does not provide a large detachment of the tissue in the retroperitoneal space.

Abstract
Perineal injury is the most common complication of vaginal delivery. It can lead to dangerous long-term effects, affecting on women`s health and quality of life. These complications are pelvic floor disorders, urinary and fecal incontinence, perineal pain, dyspareunia. The aim of this study is to assess the impact some risk factors on perineal injury in multiparous. The result is increase of childbirth injury in women with risk fators, such as fetus weight, operative vaginal delivery, contracted pelvis, labor`s induction, perineal scar.

Abstract
Currently, indications for performing organ-preserving operations in the surgical treatment of malignant tumors of liver and lung are significantly expanding. Adequate assessment of methods for preoperative diagnosis plays a crucial role in determining the indications for these operations. Attempts to make the research results more visible and less dependent on interpretation of the doctor, led to the development and widespread adoption of the 3D organ modeling in surgical practice. Originally, having appeared in a form of computermodeling and reconstructions, this practice has led to the rapid development of 3D printing technology, has transformed into creation of life-like 3D models. The main disadvantage of this method is the high price of the models, which ranges from 1500 to 4000 dollars. An innovative technology of making of such models, which allowed to reduce their cost by several times was developed by the representatives of Moscow Cancer Hospital № 62 in cooperation with Research Institute «KURS». Manufactured in such manners 3D models of the lung and liver affected by tumor process, at a scale one to one, allowed to clarify anatomical specifics of patients, evaluate the damage, caused by tumor with the internal structures and to determine the adequate size of the operation.
