Продольная резекция желудка при ожирении и гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни: оценка послеоперационного рефлюкса

Введение. На сегодняшний день продольная резекция желудка (ПРЖ) остается наиболее распространенной бариатрической процедурой. Крайне важным вопросом является влияние данного оперативного вмешательства на течение сопутствующей гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ), особенно в сочетании с наличием грыжи пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы (ГПОД).

Цель исследования. Оценить влияние ПРЖ у больных ожирением на течение ГЭРБ.

Материалы и методы. Ретроспективный анализ результатов лечения 54 пациентов, которым была выполнена ПРЖ с мая 2022 г. по июнь 2023 г. по поводу ожирения III ст. по ВОЗ (ИМТ>35 кг/м²).

Заключение. Согласно результатам исследования, стандартизированное выполнение ПРЖ обеспечивает минимальный процент рефлюкса в послеоперационном периоде без необходимости в медикаментозной коррекции и повторных хирургических вмешательств.
