COMBINED TREATMENT OF RECTAL CANCER

Abstract

Presents a clinical case describing the possibility of combined treatment the patient 67 years old with severe premorbidal background, which was successfully performed transanal resection of the rectum after effective preoperative chemoradiotherapy. The conclusion about the effectiveness of the combined treatment of patients with rectal cancer in older age groups.
