EXPRESSION OF MOLECULAR MARKERS IN EXTERNAL GENITAL ENDOMETRIOSIS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical medico-social and medico-economic problem of modern gynecology is the problem of endometriosis. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of miRnA expression in patients with external genital endometriosis.Material and methods: Investigated 33 sample of blood plasma of patients with III-IV stages and of 33 samples of blood plasma of patients with I-II stages of external genital endometriosis and 10 plasma samples of healthy women as a negative control. The analysis of the relative expression of circulating miRnAs in plasma by the method of spectrophotometry on the nanoDrop 1000 machine (nanoDrop Technologies Inc., USA).The results of the study. The research showed a significant increase in the relative expression levels of microRnA-30C and microRnA-133a with external genital endometriosis in contrast to that in the comparison group (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Вased on the quantitative assessment of the content circulating microRnA, we can recommend microRnA-30C, microRnA-155, microRnA-574*, microRnA-425, microRnA-133a for inclusion in the diagnostic panel of endometriosis.
