ПОКАЗАНИЯ К СТАБИЛИЗАЦИИ МЕЖБЕРЦОВОГО СИНДЕСМОЗА

Аннотация

Повреждения межберцового синдесмоза чаще всего происходит при переломе лодыжек, механизм травмы в большинстве случаев пронационно- наружноротационный. Межберцовый синдесмоз окружают важные для стабильности голеностопного сустава связки: передняя межберцовая связка, задняя межберцовая связка и межкостная мембрана. Несмотря на многочисленные биомеханические и клинические исследования, посвященные пере- лому лодыжек, нет единых рекомендаций по вопросу стабилизации межберцового синдесмоза при различных типах переломов.
