Аннотация

Последние 10 лет отмечается экспоненциальный рост количества пациентов, страдающих ожирением. В большинстве стран более 30% населения имеет избыточную массу тела и ожирение. Сегодня наиболее эффективным методом лечения морбидного ожирения является бариатрическая хирургия. Число выполняющихся ежегодно бариатрических вмешательств неуклонно растет и на сегодняшний день превышает 760 тысяч в год. На протяжении последних 7 лет наиболее часто выполняемой бариатрической операцией стала лапароскопическая продольная резекция желудка. Несмотря на накопленный опыт в выполнении бариатрических вмешательств, постоянное совершенствование аппаратных технологий соединения тканей, осложнения после бариатрических операций, по-прежнему, встречаются в хирургической практике. Одним из наиболее грозных осложнений после выполнения лапароскопической продольной резекции желудка является развитие несостоятельности аппаратного шва. В статье представлены современные взгляды на причины, диагностику профилактику и тактику лечения пациентов с несостоятельностью аппаратного шва.
