Опасность ее заключается в отдаленных по- следствиях, влияющих на здоровье и качество жизни женщины - пролапс гениталий, недержание мочи и кала, боль и дискомфорт в промежности, диспареуния. Данное исследование посвящено поиску и анализу факторов риска травмы промежности у повторнородящих: проведен ретроспектив- ный анализ истории родов и первичной медицинской документации родильного дома № 29 за 2015-2016гг..Результатом исследования продемонстри- ровано значительное увеличение родового травматизма у женщин с факторами риска по сравнению с контрольной группой. Значимыми факторами риска явились: крупные размеры плода, сужение таза, рубец на промежности после перенесенной родовой травмы, родостимуляция и оперативное влагалищное родоразрешение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Perineal injury is the most common complication of vaginal delivery. It can lead to dangerous long-term effects, affecting on women`s health and quality of life. These complications are pelvic floor disorders, urinary and fecal incontinence, perineal pain, dyspareunia. The aim of this study is to assess the impact some risk factors on perineal injury in multiparous.
