В начале XXI и, особенно, в последнее десятилетие интерес к липофилингу необычайно возрос, расширились области применения данного метода. Целью исследования явилось проведение систематического обзора литературы с для обобщения информации, касающейся эффективности применения липофилинга.Результаты. Проанализированы литературные источники зарубежных и отечественных авторов посвященный обобщению мирового опыта забора и введения аутологичной жировой ткани. Несмотря на достаточный опыт применения данной методики, остается достаточное количество нерешенных задач. Решение данных проблем представляется возможным при определении стандартизированного протокола планирования липофилинга, оптимизации техники обработки и введения жирового аутографта.Заключение. Проведенный анализ данных литературы продемонстрировал, что данное направление хирургии является эффективным и востребованным и требует дальнейших исследований и разработки новых современных усовершенствованных хирургических методов лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. At the beginning of the XXI century and, especially, in the last decade, interest in lipofilling has increased enormously, the scope of application of this method has expanded. The aim of the study was to conduct a systematic review of the literature with a view to summarizing information concerning the effectiveness of the use of lipofilling.Results. The literature sources of foreign and domestic authors devoted to the generalization of the world experience of sampling and introduction of autologous adipose tissue are analyzed. Despite the sufficient experience of using this technique, there is a sufficient number of unsolved problems. The solution of these problems is possible when defining a standardized protocol for planning lipofilling, optimizing the technique of processing and administration of fat autograft.Conclusion.
