Целесообразность выполнения профилактической реваскуляризации миокарда при планировании хирургического лечения больных раком лёгкого с ИБС и на сегодняшний день остаётся предметом дискуссий.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования:  сравнить  непосредственные  и  отдаленные  результаты   хирургического   лечения   больных   раком   лёгкого   с   сопутствующей ИБС, по поводу которой была выполнена профилактическая реваскуляризация миокарда, с оперированными больными раком лёгкого без ИБС.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 134 пациента, оперированные по поводу рака лёгкого (126/94,0 % мужчин и 8/6,1 % женщин), средний возраст составил 63,9 года (от 36 до 81). Основная группа больных: 63 (47 %) пациента с сопутствующей ИБС, по поводу которой была выполнена профилактическая реваскуляризация миокарда, контрольная группа: 71(53 %) больной без сопутствующей ИБС (или с ИБС, не требующей профилактической реваскуляризации).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Частота развития послеоперационных осложнений в основной и контрольной группах составила 33,3 % (21/63) и 25,4 % (18/71) (р=0,453), а летальность 1,6 % (1/63) и 4,2 % (3/71) (р=0,385), соответственно. Периоперационный инфаркт миокарда  в основной  группе зафиксирован    в 3,2 % (2/63) с летальным исходом в 1,6 % (1/63), а в контрольной группе– 0% (0/71) (р=0,137; р=0,291).</p><p>Общая 1-, 3-х, и 5-летняя выживаемость в основной группе составила 81,7 %; 67,6 %; 50,0 %, а в контрольной – 86,8 %, 62,5 %, 53,8 % (р=0,750), соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Выполнение профилактической реваскуляризации миокарда у больных раком лёгкого позволило достичь сопоставимых непосредственных и отдаленных результатов хирургического лечения больных РЛ с сопутствующей ИБС и без неё.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Objective. The feasibility of prophylactic myocardial revascularization in planning non-cardiac surgical interventions remains as a subject of debate today.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. To compare the immediate and long-term results of surgical treatment of patients with lung cancer with concomitant CAD, when prophylactic myocardial revascularization was performed, with operated patients with lung cancer without CAD.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 134 patients operated on for lung cancer, 126 (94,0 %) men and 8 (6,1 %) women, the mean age was 63,9 years (from 36 to 81). Of these, the main group: 63 (47 %) patients with concomitant CAD, when prophylactic myocardial revascularization was performed, and the control group: 71 (53 %) patients without concomitant CAD (or who does not need prophylactic revascularization).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the incidence of postoperative complications in the main and control groups was 33,3 % (21/63) and 25,4 % (18/71) (p=0,453), and mortality was 1,6 % (1/63) and 4,2 % (3/71) (p=0,385), respectively. Perioperative myocardial infarction in the main group was registered in 3,2 % (2/63) with a fatal outcome in 1,6% (1/63), and in the control group it was 0 % (0/71) (p=0,137; p=0,291).</p><p>The overall 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival of radically operated patients in the main group was 81,7%; 67,6%; 50,0%, and in the control group – 86,8 %, 62,5 %, 53,8 % (p=0,750), respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
