Цель исследования. Анализ клинических и объективных методов диагностики послеоперационного гастростаза после панкреатодуоденальной резекции.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В рамках данного обзора мы проанализировали научные публикации и исследования, связанные с проблемой диагностики послеоперационного гастростаза. Были рассмотрены клинические, лабораторные и инструментальные методы диагностики, включая: унифицированные критерии гастростаза в соответствии с классификацией ISGPS, индекс  основных  симптомов  гастростаза  (GCSI),  дыхательный тест с каприловой кислотой, тест абсорбции ацетаминофена, рентгеноскопию желудка, ультрасонографию, магнитно-резонансную томографию, электрогастрографию, исследование с использованием видеокапсулы (SmartPill) и сцинтиграфический метод.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основании проанализированных данных было установлено, что большинство доступных методов диагностики послеоперационного гастростаза имеют определенные ограничения и не обеспечивают полную и объективную оценку моторики желудка. Сцинтиграфический метод, признанный золотым стандартом, обладает наибольшей чувствительностью и специфичностью, поскольку обеспечивает физиологичную, неинвазивную и количественную оценку желудочной эвакуации в послеоперационном периоде.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Различные методы диагностики послеоперационного гастростаза предоставляют возможность оценить нарушения моторно-эвакуаторной функции желудка и выявить наличие гастростаза. Сцинтиграфическое исследование является наиболее информативным методом, который обеспечивает объективную оценку функции гастроэнтеро- и билиодигестивного анастомозов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Objective of the study. This study aims to analyze clinical and objective methods of diagnosing delayed gastric emptying following pancreaticoduodenectomy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Within the scope of this review, we analyzed scientific publications and studies related to the problem of diagnosing delayed gastric emptying. Clinical, laboratory, and instrumental diagnostic methods were considered, including: unified gastroparesis criteria according to ISGPS classification, Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index (GCSI), caprylic acid breath test, acetaminophen absorption test, gastric radiography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, electrogastrography, examination using a video capsule (SmartPill), and scintigraphic method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on the analyzed data, it was established that the majority of available methods for diagnosing delayed gastric emptying have certain limitations and do not provide a complete and objective evaluation of gastric motility. The scintigraphic method, recognized as the gold standard, has the highest sensitivity and specificity, as it provides a physiological, non-invasive, and quantitative assessment of gastric evacuation in the postoperative period.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Various methods for diagnosing delayed gastric emptying provide an opportunity to assess disruptions in the motor-evacuatory function of the stomach and to detect the presence of gastroparesis.
