В настоящее время существует большое количество способов и методик хирургического лечения геморроя. Все они имеют преимущества и недостатки. В нашей работе мы объединили несколько наиболее эффективных способов для создания комбинированного метода радикального лечения геморроя любой стадии с возможностями индивидуального подхода к пациенту.</p></sec><sec><title>   Цель исследования</title><p>   Цель исследования. Оценить результаты комбинированного способа хирургического лечения геморроя методом подслизистой лазерной деструкции в сочетании с допплер-неконтролируемой дезартеризацией, мукопексией и электроэксцизией наружного компонента по показаниям.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 215 пациентов с геморроем 2, 3 и 4 стадии. Всем пациентам выполнялась подслизистая лазерная деструкция внутренних геморроидальных узлов с допплер-неконтролируемой дезартеризацией, дополненной по показаниям мукопексией и электроэксцизией наружного геморроидального компонента. Хирургическое лечение выполнялось под внутривенным обезболиванием с добавлением тумесцентной анестезии. Применялось лазерное излучение диодного аппарата с длиной волны 1,56 мкм мощность – 10 Вт.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Комбинированная методика не имеет ограничений по стадии и степени выраженности заболевания, позволяет минимизировать риск послеоперационного кровотечения и гнойных осложнений, обеспечивает отсутствие риска развития послеоперационного стеноза или анальной недостаточности, создает условия для высокого качества жизни пациента в послеоперационном периоде и гарантии от возникновения рецидива заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Методика обладает технической простотой, возможностями индивидуального подхода к пациенту, позволяет повысить эффективность хирургического лечения геморроидальной болезни вне зависимости от стадии и выраженности процесса.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. Currently, there are a large number of methods and techniques for the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids. All of them have advantages and disadvantages. In our work, we have combined several of the most effective methods to create a combined method of radical treatment of hemorrhoids of any stage with the possibilities of an individual approach to the patient.</p></sec><sec><title>   Purpose of the study</title><p>   Purpose of the study. To evaluate the results of the combined method of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids by the method of submucosal laser destruction in combination with uncontrolled doppler desarterization, mucopexy and electroexcision of the external component according to indications.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. The study included 215 patients with stage 2, 3 and 4 hemorrhoids. All patients underwent submucosal laser destruction of internal hemorrhoids with Doppler-controlled desarterization, supplemented according to indications with mucopexy and electroexcision of the external hemorrhoidal component. Surgical treatment was performed under intravenous anesthesia with the addition of tumescent anesthesia. Laser radiation of a diode device with a wavelength of 1,56 μm was used, the power was 10 W.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. The combined technique has no restrictions on the stage and severity of the disease, minimizes the risk of postoperative bleeding and purulent complications, ensures that there is no risk of developing postoperative stenosis or anal insufficiency, creates conditions for a high quality of life for the patient in the postoperative period and guarantees against recurrence of the disease.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. The technique has technical simplicity, the possibility of an individual approach to the patient, allows you to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment of hemorrhoidal disease, regardless of the stage and severity of the process.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>геморрой</kwd><kwd>лазерная деструкция</kwd><kwd>мукопексия</kwd><kwd>дезартеризация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hemorrhoids</kwd><kwd>laser destruction</kwd><kwd>mucopexy</kwd><kwd>desarterization</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Johannsson H.
