Актуальность проблемы ранней диагностики узловых образований ЩЖ (ЩЖ) обусловлена весьма широким их распространением. При ультразвуковом исследовании ЩЖ первичная выявляемость узловых образований по данным разных авторов может варьировать от 11 до 40 %. При этом, среди всех заболеваний ЩЖ, рак ЩЖ в Российской Федерации составляет 31,4%.</p></sec><sec><title> Методы исследования</title><p> Методы исследования. В целях широкого охвата населения города Москвы мероприятиями, направленными на раннее выявление (скрининг) осложнений после перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, а также хронических неинфекционных заболеваний и факторов риска их развития, в соответствии с приказом Департамента здравоохранения города Москвы от 22 апреля 2022 года № 399 «О проведении профилактических обследований взрослого населения в парковых зонах, скверах, зонах отдыха города Москвы в 2022 году» организована работа 46 павильонов «Здоровая Москва».  Один из Павильонов развернут на территории парка ВДНХ, в 2022 году профилактическое обследование проводится с 11 мая, ежедневно с 8.00 до 20.00, без выходных и перерывов на обед.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Ключевое направление профилактического обследования в павильоне – раннее выявление узловых образований ЩЖ, осуществляемое путем специального анкетирования (выявление риска развития), физикального обследования, включая пальпацию ЩЖ, регионарных лимфоузлов, при выявлении отклонений – ультразвукового исследования ЩЖ.  В статье представлены сведения о количестве и структуре прошедших профилактическое обследование в павильоне в период с 11.05.2022 по 31.07.2022, включая количество и структуру пациентов с отклонениями в результатах обследования ЩЖ.  </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Проанализирована структура выявленных узловых образований ЩЖ в соответствии с современными классификационными представлениями, продемонстрирована роль профилактического обследования в павильоне «Здоровая Москва» в ранней диагностике узловых образований ЩЖ, предположена необходимость совершенствования диагностического скрининга.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The urgency of the problem of early diagnosis of nodular formations of the thyroid gland (thyroid gland) is due to their very wide spread. With ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland, the primary detectability of nodular formations according to different authors can vary from 11 to 40 %. At the same time, among all thyroid diseases, thyroid cancer in the Russian Federation is 31,4 %.  </p></sec><sec><title>Research methods</title><p>Research methods. In order to widely cover the population of the city of Moscow with measures aimed at early detection (screening) of complications after a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as chronic non-communicable diseases and risk factors for their development, in accordance with the order of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow dated April 22, 2022 No. 399 "On conducting preventive examinations of the adult population in In 2022, 46 Healthy Moscow pavilions were organized in park zones, squares, recreation areas of the city of Moscow.  One of the Pavilions is deployed on the territory of the VDNH Park, in 2022, a preventive examination is carried out from May 11, daily from 8.00 to 20.00, without days off and lunch breaks.  </p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. The key direction of the preventive examination in the pavilion is the early detection of thyroid nodules, carried out by means of a special questionnaire (identification of the risk of development), physical examination, including palpation of the thyroid gland, regional lymph nodes, and ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland when abnormalities are detected.  The article presents information on the number and structure of those who underwent preventive examination in the pavilion in the period from 11.05.2022 to 31.07.2022, including the number and structure of patients with deviations in the results of the examination of the thyroid gland.  </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
