Однако эффективность их влияния на такую патологию, как гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь (ГЭРБ) и ее основной симптом – изжогу, остается дискутабельной. Одна из наиболее часто выполняемых операций – это лапароскопическая продольная резекция желудка (ПРЖ). Считается, что ПРЖ может приводить к возникновению de novo или усилению имеющихся проявлений рефлюкса, но в ряде случаев послеоперационный период напротив сопровождается регрессом симптоматики на фоне снижения веса. В связи с этим не существует единого мнения о том, стоит ли рассматривать имеющуюся ГЭРБ как абсолютное противопоказание к выполнению ПРЖ. Влияние гастрошунтированияб (ГШ) на течение ГЭРБ представляется более благоприятным. В то же время, случаи послеоперационного ухудшения также описаны в литературе. В данной статье приводится обзор литературы по естественному течению и лечению ГЭРБ, влиянию бариатрических операций на заболевание и предлагается алгоритм выбора хирургического вмешательства, созданный на основе проведенного обзора.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Nowadays, there is no questions about the effectiveness of bariatric surgery for weight loss and improvement of the course of the metabolic syndrome. However, their influence on gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and its main symptom – heartburn – remains discutable. Sleeve gastrectomy (SG) is one of the most frequently performed laparoscopic bariatric operations. It is considered that SG may lead to occurrence de novo or escalation of existing symptoms of reflux. But sometimes weight loss after bariatric surgery lead to decrease of such symptoms. In this regard, there is no consensus on whether it is worth considering the existing GERD as an absolute contraindication to the implementation of SG. The effect of gastric bypass (GBP) on the course of GERD seems to be more favorable. At the same time, cases of postoperative deterioration are also described in the literature.
