   Введение. В литературном обзоре рассмотрены причины и варианты лечения ранних и поздних гнойно-септических осложнений после протезирующей герниопластики. Современные методики применения сетчатых имплантов сократили число рецидивов грыж, но возросло количество ранних и поздних послеоперационных осложнений. Однако единого мнения по лечению поздних послеоперационных осложнений после проведения герниопластики нет.   Цель исследования. Изучение и анализ имеющейся литературы по осложнениям и их лечению после герниопластики.   Материалы и методы. Выполнен анализ доступной литературы и публикаций в сети интернет за последние 10 лет.   Заключение. В доступной нам литературе описан ряд сообщений о возникновении поздних послеоперационных осложнений после проведения герниопластики с сетчатым имплантом и применением NPWT терапии.

   Introduction. In this literature review, the causes leading to the development of complications and treatment options for early and late purulent-septic complications are considered. Modern methods of using mesh implants have reduced the number of hernia recurrences, but the number of early and late postoperative complications has increased. However, there is no consensus on the treatment of late postoperative complications after hernioplasty.   Purpose of the study. Explore and analysis of the available literature on complications and their treatment after hernioplasty.   Materials and methods. This is analysis of the available literature and publications on the Internet over the past 10 years has been carried out. 30 publications were explored.   Conclusion. The literature available to us describes several reports of the occurrence of late postoperative complications after hernioplasty with a mesh implant and the use of NPWT therapy.
