Межберцовый синдесмоз окружают важные для стабильности голеностопного сустава связки: передняя межберцовая связка, задняя межберцовая связка и межкостная мембрана. Несмотря на многочисленные биомеханические и клинические исследования, посвященные пере- лому лодыжек, нет единых рекомендаций по вопросу стабилизации межберцового синдесмоза при различных типах переломов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Tibiofibular syndesmosis is one of the most important stability issues of the talocrural joint. Most commonly tibiofibular syndesmosis becomes damaged in cases of pronation-external rotational mechanism of the malleolar fracture. The issues on the necessity of stabilizing the tibiofibular syndesmosis were repeatedly studied during multiple cadaver and clinical trials, however, no uniform recommendations were formulated at the present moment.
