Масса выбранных для проведения экспериментов кроликов составляла 3–4.5 кг. Полученные в ходе осуществляемых экспериментов данные статистически проанализированы непараметрическими методами.Результаты: в результате проведенных экспериментальных исследований установлено, что после бариатрической операции рукавной гастрэктомии в ткани печени возникает окислительный стресс. Причем в рассмотренном случае этот процесс свободной радикализации липидов длится более шести месяцев.Заключение: на основе проведенного сравнительного статистического анализа полученных экспериментальных результатов с учетом существующих в научной литературе необходимых экспериментальных и теоретических данных показано, что обнаруженный при соответствующих случаях окислительный стресс играет важную роль в патогенезе развития фиброзной ткани в печени. Несмотря на наблюдение тенденции постепенного снижения интенсивности этого стресса с 30-го дня после операции, возникший стресс продолжается в течение более шести месяцев. Установлено, что внутривенное введение раствора ридитокса заметным образом усиливает систему антиоксидантной защиты, значительно снижая концентрацию маркеров окислительного стресса перекиси водорода, диеновых коньюгатов и малондeальдегида.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: in this work, devoted to one of the topical issues of modern surgery — bariatric sleeve gastrectomy surgery in connection with morbid obesity, the main goal was to identify the causes and establish ways to prevent the development of fibrous tissue in the liver after surgery.Material and methods: the process of free lipid peroxidation in liver tissue after sleeve gastrectomy was experimentally studied. The objects of the experimental studies were divided into 7 groups — 5 heads each, 35 rabbits from the genus Chinchilla. The weight of the rabbits selected for the experiments was 3–4.5 kg. The data obtained in the course of the carried out experiments were statistically analyzed by nonparametric methods.Results: as a result of the experimental studies, it was found that after bariatric sleeve gastrectomy surgery, oxidative stress occurs in the liver tissue. Moreover, in this case, the process of free radicalization of lipids lasts more than six months.Conclusion: based on the comparative analysis of the obtained experimental results, it was shown that the oxidative stress detected in appropriate cases plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the development of fibrous tissue in the liver. Despite the observation of a gradual decrease trend starting from the 30th day after the operation, the stress that has arisen continues for six months.
