Выявлено, что интенсивность и продолжительность боли в раннем послеоперационном периоде, местные тканевые реак- ции и ультразвуковая картина раневого процесса принципиально не отличается от наблюдений использования легких макропористых композици- онных полипропиленовых сеток. Основные различия в результатах лечения зарегистрированы в отдаленном послеоперационном периоде. Отличия характеризовались низкими показателями частоты возникновения боли и стойкой парестезии, степени ограничения физических нагрузок, ранней нормализацией показателей физического и психологического компонентов здоровья.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This is prospective research of results inguinal canal repair with self-griping mesh ParieteneTM ProGripTM. Proved that the intensity and duration of pain in early postoperative period, local tissue reactions and ultrasound picture of the wound process is not different from the observations of the use the lightweight composite polypropylene mesh. The main differences in outcomes registered in late postoperative period.
