И 1 муж.). Во всех наблюдениях первичный остеосинтез выполнялся при лечении переломов вертельной зоне. Средний возраст паци- ентов составил 76,5 лет. В среднем, период между травмами составил 8 месяцев, с минимальным сроком меньше 1 месяца и максимальным сроком 5 лет. В ходе оперативного компоненты первичного имплантата были удалены полностью у 6 пострадавших, частичное удаление компонентов им- плантата было применено в 10 случаях. В 11 наблюдениях выполнен интрамедуллярный остеосинтез, 7 пациентам выполнен накостный остеосинтез и в одном наблюдении была выполнена артропластика тазобедренного сустава.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this work we analyzed 19 cases of peri-implant fractures. Out of 19 cases 18 were female. Age ranging from 47-90 years and average age being 76,5 years. The study was conducted from July 2014 to December 2016. All the patients earlier had intertrochanteric or subtrochanteris fractures and were treated using different nails or DHS. During surgery the implant was removed in 6 patients, partly removed in 10 cases, while in 3 patients the implant remained in situ.
