Статья составлена по материалам работ Аведиса Донабедиана и посвящена вопросам теории качества медицинской помощи. В статье рассмотрены понятия категорий качества, описаны характеристики, критерии и показатели качества медицинской помощи с учетом уровней его формирования.

He article is based on the work of Avedis Donabedian and dedicated to the issues of the theory of quality of care. The article deals with the concept of quality category, he describes the characteristics, criteria and indicators of quality of care, taking into account the level of its creation.
