Фиброзно-склеротические изменения в щитовидной железе при выполнении малоинвазивных вмешательств, в частности при химической абляции, являются направленным планируемым результатом, определяющим структуру, размер и морфологию разрушаемых участков железы. Изменение размеров и объема кист, узловых образований и опухолей щитовидной железы в результате применения химических реагентов являются ожидаемым результатом индуцированного прогрессирующего фиброза и склероза тканей, которые проявляются как уменьшение размеров очагового образования и изменение его патоморфологических характеристик. </p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Оценить по литературным данным показания к использованию методики химической абляции, варианты её применения, динамику изменений и исходы фиброзно-склеротических изменений в ткани и узловых образованиях щитовидной железы различного морфологического строения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Поиск литературных источников в базах данных E-library, PubMed, Scopus по ключевым словам: «фиброз», «склероз», «кальциноз», «гиалиноз» в связке со словосочетаниями «склеротерапия при патологии щитовидной железы», «химическая абляция при патологии щитовидной железы».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При использовании малоинвазивного метода лечения «химическая абляция» у пациентов с патологией щитовидной железы ожидаемым результатом является регресс очагового образования и прогрессивное замещение пролиферирующей ткани щитовидной железы фиброзом, склерозом, гиалинозом и кальцинозом.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сегодня химическая абляция является одним из компонентов лечебного алгоритма лечения пациентов с патологией щитовидной железы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Fibro-sclerotic changes in the thyroid gland during minimally invasive interventions, particularly chemical ablation, are a targeted and planned outcome that determines the structure, size, and morphology of the destroyed areas of the gland. Changes in the size and volume of cysts, nodules, and thyroid tumors as a result of the use of chemical reagents are an expected outcome of induced progressive fibrosis and sclerosis of the tissues, which manifest as a decrease in the size of the focal lesion and a change in its pathomorphological characteristics.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. To evaluate, according to the literature data, the indications for the use of the chemical ablation technique, the variants of its application, the dynamics of changes and the outcomes of fibrosclerotic changes in the tissue and nodular formations of the thyroid gland of various morphological structure.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Search for literature sources in the E-library, PubMed, and Scopus databases using the keywords “fibrosis”, “sclerosis”, “calcification”, and “hyalinization” in conjunction with the phrases “sclerotherapy for thyroid pathology” and “chemical ablation for thyroid pathology”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. When using the minimally invasive treatment method of "chemical ablation" in patients with thyroid pathology, the expected result is the regression of the focal formation and the progressive replacement of the proliferating thyroid tissue with fibrosis, sclerosis, hyalinosis, and calcification.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
