Особое внимание уделяется основным принципам выполнения вмешательств и анализу технологий, применяемых при гипертермических (лазерная, радиочастотная, ультразвуковая и микроволновая абляции), химических (чрескожная инъекция этанолом, чрескожная инъекция полидоканолом) и смешанных (фотодинамическая терапия) абляциях. В обзоре также представлен сравнительный анализ контролируемых малоинвазивных методов лечения доброкачественных объемных образований щитовидной железы с целью оценки их клинической эффективности и безопасности, а также возможности выбора этих методов в качестве альтернативы традиционному хирургическому вмешательству</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This literature review presents a systematic evaluation of contemporary studies, encompassing representative works dedicated to various methods of managing thyroid nodules with increased volume under ultrasound guidance. Special attention is given to the fundamental principles of performing interventions and to the analysis of technologies applied in hyperthermic (laser, radiofrequency, ultrasound, and microwave ablation), chemical (percutaneous ethanol injection, percutaneous polidocanol injection) and mixed (photodynamic therapy) ablations.
