Рост востребованности пластических хирургов для устранения рубцов на коже приводит хирургическое сообщество к необходимости детального изучения морфогенеза, гистохимического строения рубцов, поиску новых оптимальных хирургических методов.Цель работы: провести анализ литературных источников по теме: хирургическое лечение рубцов.Материалы и методы. Проанализированы 286 литературных источников по теме хирургическое лечение рубцов. Поиск источников литературы проводился по ключевым словам с помощью поисковых систем Cyberleninka, eLIBRARY, PubMed.Основная часть. В основной части рассмотрены вопросы классификации, клинической диагностики на основе международных диагностических шкал. Также проанализированы методы терапевтического и хирургического лечения.Заключение. Большой спектр методов лечения как терапевтических, так и хирургических свидетельствует об отсутствии единого подхода пластических хирургов к тактике ведения пациентов с рубцами. Лечение рубцов – это быстро развивающаяся область, в которой на сегодняшний день отсутствует структурированный и подтверждённый подход. Очевидно, что необходимы дальнейшие клинические и научные исследования в рассматриваемой области с целью улучшения результатов лечения рубцов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. The growing demand for plastic surgeons to eliminate scars on the skin leads the surgical community to the need for a detailed study of the morphogenesis, histochemical structure of scars, and the search for new optimal surgical methods.The purpose of the work: to analyze literary sources on the topic: surgical treatment of scars.Materials and methods. 286 literary sources on surgical treatment of scars were analyzed. The search for literature sources was carried out by keywords using the search engines Cyberleninka, eLibrary, PubMed.The main part. In the main part, the issues of classification and clinical diagnosis based on international diagnostic scales are considered. The methods of therapeutic and surgical treatment are also analyzed.Conclusion. A wide range of treatment methods, both therapeutic and surgical, indicates the lack of a unified approach by plastic surgeons to the management of patients with scars. Scar treatment is a rapidly developing field that currently lacks a structured and validated approach.
