Распространенность САК варьируется от 2 до 36,4%. Был проведен анализ литературных данных за последние 5 лет для представления современной концепции, классификации и комплексного подхода к лечению и профилактике тяжелых осложнений САК в том числе с использованием фотодинамической терапии (ФДТ).Лечение основано на эвакуации внутрипросветного содержимого, выявлении и лечении внутрибрюшной патологии, улучшении эластических свойств передней брюшной стенки и оптимальном введении жидкостей и перфузии тканей. Сегодня несомненна эффективность ФДТ в лечении многих хирургических заболеваний за счет противовоспалительных, регенераторных, десенсибилизирующих, иммунокорригирующих свойств, присущих лазерному воздействию.Таким образом, ключевым моментом в лечении САК является необходимость междисциплинарного фокуса для интенсивной терапии и ранней реабилитации пациентов. В этой связи поиск, определение и внедрение стратегий для оптимизации помощи этой категории пациентов является актуальным.САК следует лечить до возникновения осложнений и внедрение комплексного метода подготовки больных к хирургическому лечению при лапароскопических операциях с применением сеансов ФДТ представляется актуальным, в особенности у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с рядом сопутствующих заболеваний, нарушением функции органов и систем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) occurs with a persistent increase in intra-abdominal pressure above 20 mmHg and is associated with organ failure. The prevalence of SAH varies from 2 to 36,4 %. An analysis of the literature data over the past 5 years has been carried out to present a modern concept, classification and integrated approach to the treatment and prevention of severe complications of SAH, including using photodynamic therapy (PDT). The treatment is based on the evacuation of intraluminal contents, detection and treatment of intra-abdominal pathology, improvement of the elastic properties of the anterior abdominal wall and optimal injection of fluids and tissue perfusion. Today, PDT is undoubtedly effective in the treatment of many surgical diseases due to its anti-inflammatory, regenerative, desensitizing, and immunocorrective properties inherent in laser treatment. Thus, the key point in the treatment of ACS is the need for an interdisciplinary focus for intensive care and early rehabilitation of patients. In this regard, the search, definition and implementation of strategies to optimize the care of this category of patients is relevant.
